Changing or cancelling one
Move it or cancel it yourself from your account — no phone call and no awkward message. The deposit rules are on the policy page.
A question before you book
Most of them are already answered — how long things take, what to bring, patch tests, parking. If yours is not, there is a notes box at the end of the booking form and it does get read.

The studio is in South Shields · NE33. It is a private address rather than a shop, so the full details and the door to use are sent with your booking confirmation.
Reaching Olga directly
Replies come between appointments rather than during them, so a same-day answer is normal and an instant one is not. If your appointment is very soon and something has changed, cancel or move it from your account — that is seen immediately, a message might not be.
