Outside opening hours
Need a time that isn't offered? Send a request. If it can be accommodated, a £25out-of-hours fee is added to the bill — you'll be told before anything is confirmed.
Tinting patch tests
Eyelash and eyebrow tints need a quick patch test at least 48hours beforehand. It's free, takes a couple of minutes, and can be booked alongside another treatment.
